Purpose of the Meet
- To make Competitive Swimming popular in School.
- Enhance the scope of Swimming Meets in Schools.
- By ranking, setting target to improve the school swimming which may generate quality swimmers for the state or country thereof.
- It will enhance camaraderie among students and instill a sense of sportsman spirit in them.
Point / Award system
- Often we find the schools give attention to the best swimmers and the semi talented swimmers get overlooked. Here with this point system every student contributes some points even if he/she comes last as long they participate. Hence, the Sprit of Participation stays alive.

Ordnance Club on 14th July 2009, 3pm onwards
Event Details
Seven Girls School and Eight Boys school from Kolkata and suburb participated in the event. Participants from Class 1 to X11 were dived into 3 groups who competed for Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. Points given on time trails. Every participant got points except when disqualified. School with highest points got the Top Rank.
